@DimensionScope you might want to check your settings page. You've been a Pro a couple of days now! If you are having problems with any features showing up, send in a support ticket and we'll be able to help you out.
@adent42@dgackey My game was approved at the beginning of February and all the info was completed on the incentives page at that time. I haven't received an email and according to the settings page I have not received my pro status. Is this an internal error and will this affect my incentive payment?
@Chakku I received an email today telling me that my two GameSalad games entering the promotion of 50 dollars and that payment will be made in the coming weeks
I received mail that I sent one a while deeplink and sending the information of my games and the reply I received today does not mean that the mail has to send all

@aario you actually had the pro months granted but there was a glitch that caused it not to be displaying/registering properly. I've corrected this and you should be good to go now.
I show your game ROAD RAGE on the list that we're sending to appbackr so you're good to go.

I emailed support and got a reply two days ago on the 26th in part it said "....which we will pay out once we've received that payment from Intel (hopefully a few weeks from now, as we've invoiced them for payment and are just waiting now)."
Last week they were working on the list they want to send over to appbackr not sure if this is already done now or not. Put they told me they will update us f they know something new.

As of last Friday, we have sent the final complete list to Appbackr, which contained every game that was still waiting for payment or underpaid. Have not heard back yet.

@adent42 oh thanks I just checked it. I did not receive any email and did not have a pro badge so I thought I did not get the pro.

All our games were submitted on January (1 on Feb) and nothing yet about money, but i think in the next week it will be pay day! I hope!
However @dgackey are our games in the list? any problem with them?
