Hi @zalkanorr Welcome to the Forums. :-)

In my experience, there have been problems with adding music (and even sounds) to GSC in the format it requires....in other words, occasionally problems have been reported if you add music as m4A, or sounds as ogg.

That probably sounds very strange, but I think it could be that some conversion programs convert to m4A or ogg with slightly different compression ratios, specifications from standard, etc... and this can cause problems.

OK, the solution would be to reimport your music files in a rock-solid standard file format like aiff, wav(e), or mp3, then let GameSalad Creator convert the format for you to M4a if you choose Music, or ogg if you choose sounds. This way has always seemed watertight, without any problems.

So to summarise, try replacing your music file into GSC after converting it to aiff, wav or mp3 in a file convertor, best to change the name slightly, delete the first one, and pick this new name for your music. Hopefully this will solve your problem.

Ah, you're using the Windows version, I see - the info I gave refers to Mac. (I should have read which section you put this in... whoops)

OK, unless you've put a change attribute of music volume to zero since checking with Preview, or you've a Pause Music behaviour somewhere; or there's some type of bug going on.... I really don't know now....

I can't help more, sorry....(I don't know much about Windows version of GSC)

Good luck with tracking down the problem, or someone else coming up with a solution for you.
