Can't install my game on my android Phone

Hi, everyone,
I was using a Windows Vista GameSalad, I was try to making a game for android,
I been upload my game on the GameSalad, after that, I been download the APK file from the Web,
and use the APK signer on the GameSalad software, but when I put the APK file on my phone, and try to install the game on my phone, and when I install is say the game have not complete the install. just can't install on the phone.
Is anyone can help me to fix it problem, please.
