Unstable publishing and forum servers?

Anyone else that experiencing that forums cant load and that publishing servers not responding from time to time?

occasionally, but it's been ok for me for the past few weeks, nothing out of the ordinary

Ok, I have noticed it more frequently since last weekend, before that I cant recall ever having problems. Now it happens more or less a few times a day with the forums, and I had problems with the publishing server about an hour ago.
