Can't sign android app!!

Hi all, trying to publish for the first time, which is proving much more difficult than making games! (So far).

Trying android first, I've followed all the steps, installed everything, set computer. I've finally generated my app, but can't sign it for testing...when I click on "click here to start the..." it opens a window, which just remains blank:
gamesalad://apps/436444/sign/android

What am I missing?
