iPhone 5 only?

Is it possible to design an app that will only run on iPhone 5 or greater? (So I don't have to worry about adjusting the graphics for the smaller screen size)

you can only limit by OS, and iphone4's can still run iOS7.

An iPhone 4 can still run iOS7.
Just not an iPod touch 4
