Cannot add custom splash screen - Publishing problem

Hi, I am trying to add a custom splash screen in the Gamesalad publishing window
but it's not working. When I try to add an image for the splash screen
the image does not load at all and there is no response from Gamesalad
or there is an error message that states the image is the incorrect size. I have checked my
images and they are the correct size so I don't understand what the problem could be.
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated.

I'm having the same issue in the publishing, for Kindle Fire, I add the splash screen 600 x 1024, and when I test my adhoc on my Kindle, the splash doesn't appear? God Bless...

GSINVENTION FREE TEMPLATES
Have you tried Kindle publishing and the splash screen is coming out via ad-hoc testing? I upload the pic 600 x 1024 png, and in my ad-hoc is not appearing......God Bless..
