Looking for an Endless run for Android

Hi there,
I'm looking for an endless run that I can just modify a few things and publish it on Android. I'm using a Windows Laptop and I can see only many templates made for iOS devices.
If anyone has any template that can be published with minor changes (like title and music) let me know and also how much will cost, I'm looking to buy and my budget is up to $150 for something that with minor modifications will be ready to publish for Android.
