Download confusion

I am running a windows 8 laptop that I believe is 64 bit. The download I am installing is giving me a dmg. file and I am confused why it would give me the mac file. Is there another place I download this or does it even run on windows? Im probably missing something really simple but was wondering is someone could help. Thanks in advance!

The automatic download is for Mac. Click the panel that says download for windows instead
