Edit Project Name?

I am using the Windows Creator and can't seem to edit my games name. I used a GS Recipe by Jamie Cross as a beginning template for my game. When I try to publish, the dialog box says "Would you like to publish "GS Recipe 005: Scrolling the Screen"?
Do you know how to edit the project name?
