GREAT photo editing online program

I found an amazing online photo editing program at everyone's favorite price. The only downside is that if you have a laptop and no Wi-Fi or 3G, you can't use this. Here's the link:

Another one is Sumo Paint :

Pretty much the same thing as pixlr, but has a nice online community of artists, and you can browse their work.
