Problems Uploading Game

I have recently tried to update my app on the app store, but I keep receiving error messages. I have enclosed a picture. Have any of you guys seen this before and if so, how can I fix it?

I have already tried deleting/recreating certificates and provisioning profiles.

Hey, you need to create a new App ID for your app.

I've created multiple app ids and it still is coming up with the same error messages. Could it be that the previous version was uploaded in the iPhone format when the one I am trying to upload is iOS Universal?
