Need info on signing an IPA thanks :)

Hey so my question is. Do I need a mac to publish to the AppStore? Like would I be able to do the following;

Publish my app on my PC creating an unsigned ipa for my iPhone app. Then take that ipa over to my mac desktop and sign it using Xcode and my developer licence.

Then drag it back to my PC and submit it on my PC to the AppStore?

[note]yes this is a crazy idea and doesn't make sense but it's what I need to do. So would this be possible??

it's not possible, you need Xcode to sign using game salad, no other way to get the iPA,. it's part of the process. you also need the application loader, which is part of Xcode, to submit your app.

You can use macincloud a virtual server thing, its ok and works for this. Just google it
