GameSalad crashing when opening a project! Please help me!

Everytime i am opening my project, GameSalad crashes.
Am i doing something wrong? Please help me! (I am new to GameSalad)
I've tried it on two different computers, and it's crashes on both!

Is this a template you downloaded or work you started from scratch? Some templates are too old and won't open in GS Windows. They need to be converted from Mac to PC.

then there must be something wrong with code. Do you have an earlier version to fall back to? Or, if the program is coding heavy, just wait a few minutes(depending on how powerful your pc is) and see if it all loads.

Sometimes when I use Illustrator it does this(hangs) when rendering a large file but just by leaving it for a few minutes, it sorts itself out. Worth a try. I have 16GB of RAM on my PC so depending on what you have, will determine the speed.

try closing down stuff you arent using as well

It crashes on all of my games, on both my pc's, also on some very simple games. I have 8GB of RAM.
I've another question:
The Project file says that it is 0 byte? Is that normally?

Yeah it is. I suggest yo uninstall GS and download it again. maybe something is wrong there. Especially if its doing this on all your games.

Have you made any changes to your PC? Uninstalled or updated anything? Check you have the latest versions of Microsoft Visual Redistributable Packages

Yeah just grab the ones you need. You may need all of them.

what do you mean by All of them?

Yes, if you dont have them. Some of the working in GS requires them. Just try and download a new version of GS, see how that goes first

Can you add the game and files to dropbox? I can have a look to see if I get the same issue. The fact you've tried it on 2 different computers tells me something is missing to make it work. Failing that, send in a ticket to GS and the file, so they can have a look

Yeah it crashes for me as well, which tells me that the coding is borked somewhere. what that is, I can't see. It might be worth opening up a ticket at GS and see if they can help you and give them the link above.

Hmm... it doesn't matter because the game was very bad...
