I Can't upload a tree image because of one error: it says"image" is the wrong type of product

I have huge pack to load... but before, I should be able to upload individual assets.
My 2 messages to the technical support have not been answered in two weeks, that is why I am posting here.

Try converting them (or saving them) as PNG files.

Thanks Socks, but the tree is already a Png. Nothings shocks you in the cvs file? Maybe The file is kind of corrupted...I should restart from a blank one...

@Kudos do you have a ticket number from the support system from your 2 message you sent to (i assume our) technical support?

Interesting point. In fact I do not have a ticket for the issue I am referring to here.
I do have an older one (#1834) I received from helpdesk@gamesalad.com . But that was for an other issue that is now fixed. To make this simple, can you tell me the exact email I should write to to get this problem fixed. I am sure the issue is simple... I have on PNG file, a CVS (attached here). Thanks.
