Publishing Games for Multiple platforms

Hello Everyone..
i am new to game salad..started practicing form past week.While working and going through the tutorials i got a small doubt.If i wanted to develop a game for PC and once i completed my game, if i would like publish the game for android and iPhone also do i need to build the entire game again according to the android and iPhone resolutions or i can directly publish it for those platforms????
Could anyone give me answer for this ???Pleaseeee
