Something strange with Blend modes and Alphas? (When publishing from Nightly Build 0.99)

I've just published my game from a Nightly Build (0.99), and the published version (downloaded via Test Flight) has come out looking weird. It's as if some of the blend modes are mucked up.

* Bullets that have always been black, are coming out sort of grey.
* The layer of alpha'd fog is coming out really dark, instead of white.

What's going on? Has the format of the textures / rendering / blend modes been changed in the publishing system and the newer nightly builds?

I was very happy sticking with this Nightly Build for now, but this has put a spanner in the works, and is preventing me from getting a build out to my client for review.

    Testing on an iPad 2.

Works fine in my 0.99 version of the iOS viewer.

But the Ad Hoc build sent via Test Flight is coming out looking weird.

(It functions perfectly in terms of the actual behaviours, just looks all wrong).

I've tried my game in Nightly 00.145, and the art is appearing fine there, too.

It's just something that's happened in the 00.193 version.

Problem is, there "Publish" system seems to run my game through the 00.193 version, even if I press Publish in my 00.99 or 00.145 versions at my end!

Shouldn't I be able to control which version of the software I'm using to publish?

If there's a bug in the latest version on the server, there's no way to avoid it, the way it is.

I just want to publish my 00.99 game project, as it plays in my version of the creator.

    Sob.

Something happened in version 00.193 that causes some of my actors to come out white.

Is there a way to publish through a different version of the publisher?

Surely, Game Salad should contact the publishing server, and use the same code-base as the version of Game Salad being used by the user.

The version on the publishing server currently is causing some of my actors to come out white. I don't want to use that version. I just want to publish my 00.99 version that is working perfectly.

The pub was introduced in Nightly Build 00.193, and seems to have also migrated to the publishing server code-base.

Any nightly versions up to 00.145 are working fine for me, my graphics are fine.

But if I run it in 00.195, or through the publishing server, some of my graphics come out white.

    Bizarre! Annoying!

Nightlies only publish with latest Nightlies. This might change in the future.

Releases publish with the right version.

Is there ANY ANY ANY way around this?

    I guess I could try 10.4.

    Maybe that'll work for me.

10.4.1 has other logic problems in it, that have broken my build in other ways. So that's out.

What is the entire list of available publishings servers that is up now? Because I've got to find one that works.

Could we please have a Nightly 00.99 publishing server put back up?

The graphics problem first appears for me in Nightly 00.186.

Graphics are fine in Nightly 00.145 and also in the official release 10.4.1 (although this version has other logic problems occurring for me).

10.4 seems to be working so far, so I'll try to publish with that.

I just bloody hope it doesn't publish through a 10.4.1 server, or it'll be stuffed.

10.4 seems to work for me, FYI.

    Phewf. Thanks for the help.

Would be great to see these graphics bugs fixed in the next Nightly build.
