Android / Google Play game not working

Hi there, hopefully someone can assist. I've just published my game to Google Play using the iPhone 5 portrait resolution (was told this would work for most Android devices). However when users download the game from the Google Play store, it switches to landscape mode, cuts the load screen in half and freezes. I published another Android app (not using Game Salad) only a few days ago and it published fine without issues. Is there something I'm missing?

i'm about to make decision to go pro or not..
So, I created a new scene which was a 'loading screen' with my logo and the words 'Loading...' - now the app works and doesn't exit. It's very hit and miss because the same app worked on many Samsungs, didnt work on Sonys or some HTCs despite google play saying it worked on them.

Hi guys and I apologize if my English is not as good as it should be.
A few weeks ago I had this same problem as you and the solution is simple.
Within each Gamesalad scene must press the "Scene" button and in the attributes inspector go to the last tab "Autorotate" Select only your game orientation, Portrait Upside Down, Landscape... Remember to do it in every scene of your game. Hope this helps. Greetings.
