Signing the Unsigned apk file?

I am using window laptop. Can I sign the unsigned apk file that I downloaded from GameSalad using the APK Signer in the GameSalad Creator software itself? Do I really need a Macintosh to sign the apk file?

    Download The android SDK and make a keystore and sign during publishing.

    Which means I can do it on Window laptop right?

    Do you have the SDK installed? Did you make a keystore?

    @The_Gamesalad_Guru When I try to sign my APK, I find the Jarsigner and zipalign. What should I do to get computer and doing this wrong?

    You don't sign an unsigned apk you sign it from the publishing system by selecting sign app when publishing on the publishing website. When the signer comes up all three of the file paths should be filled. You can reconnect any missing ones using the button next to the path just like finding a file any other way. Keep the files in their appropriate folders do not move them.
