I have actually done much more that most 13 year olds. I just don't understand the legal stuff so I wanted to know if anyone that understands it had a good solution. Thanks for the suggestion of shortening it. I have not announced it yet due to some bugs, but if you don't believe me try my game Space Plunge on the ios app store.

- who is licensing the software
- where they can find the license to read it
- and that the license is binding upon use.
(The help tip on publishing that suggests you enter the full EULA text was based on earlier assumptions about what data was bundled in Tizen apps). The URL field serves as the "where they can find it" requirement and it should link to a webpage with the full license agreement. So then you just need to satisfy the "who" and "binding on use" requirements. For example, something like this would be appropriate:
MyGreatProject is licensed by MyGreatCompany. By using this software you agree to its Terms of Use.
