Open my game from within another app

What I basically want to do is to open my game via a link in another app.

Here is an illustration of how this can be done:

Now when I go to (if we use the example): "myapp://" then my game will be launched.

For this to work as you can see in the example I have to edit the info.plist file
is there a way to do this or will there be in the future?
or be able to just do this in gamesalad?

You can't edit the info playlist.

I know I cannot edit the file, but wouldn't this be a nice option to add.
