Gamesalad won't load Please Help!

Hi,
I was having some trouble with gamesalad for windows so I deleted it , and installed it again,
because it would not open to begin with.
Now I can't get it to install.
Please Help Have A Game Going

Check your downloads folder and see if GameSalad is in there.

I got it my user account was messed up.
