Publishing Web server down at the moment?

I know this happened in the past.
With current time in the US 11/27/2013 4:55 pm EST.
Publishing through web portfolio is not working, keep getting me an error when I generate APK.

Please check the issue.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We found the problem and fixed it. You should be able to publish again.

    Server did not work. It is serious problem.
