Error message when trying to install Creator.

Hi,
I am a new GS user and am having trouble installing the "GameSalad-Creator-Setup" file I downloaded from the website. When I try to run it, I get this error message:
The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.
However, I run msconfig and Windows Installer is running under services and I can install other applications with no problem. I also try running the installation exe as admin with no luck. Does anyone have a fix for this?
