IAP

Clarifying question...

I have a universal app and if app and all IAPs are approved and live on App Store and work for iPad...should they be working for iPhone too?

On iPhone I get..."in app purchase failed..cannot connect to iTunes"

Since it is in fact working in some capacity....

Is this an error on my part? Is it a GS error? Or is it a problem with Apple?

If it wasn't a universal app I would definitely think I made an error but because it is universal and the app itself works on all devices and the IAPs are working in iPad...I'm confused.
