Icon didn't change after submitting my app

Hi
A week ago I sent my app update to App Store and wait for apple to review it
In my update I changed the icon and upload it with the app in iTunes connect
Yesterday Apple approve it and I download it to see everything but when I updating it the icon change for 1 second and then changing back to the old one.. Why? How do I fix it?

    The icon in iTunes Connect is for the App Store, not the app. To change the icon for the app you need to update the icon on the GameSalad site when you're publishing and signing your app.
