How to run/debug android in windows?

Hi,
I've already download the free version of GameSalad in Windows. However, I do not know how to test my game where my game should be run in android phone/simulator. Is that possible to run/debug it in windows using free version?

    Man they don't give Window ppl nothing... you have to buy there 299 pro pack just to see your game on android phone. You can't even test your own game out on your window 8 computer, with out paying 299.
