IAP Rules

I am just curious where I can find some basic rules for IAP for ios...

Basically, I have an app with currently over 300 puzzles. The app is scheduled to be free with the user able to purchase coins. I also had a thought of after playing 100 puzzles, the user would then have the opportunity to purchase the rest of the game (i.e. the remaining 200 levels plus any updates). Am I allowed to do this? Is this something you would encourage or discourage? Just curious as I wrap up the game and get ready to submit.

i would encourage you do something like this and use iap, unfortuantly for you and me we arnt gamesalad pro users.
and only pro users get access to those cool features such as iap, gamecenter and much more, i am planning on buying gamesalad pro when i can afford it, as for you i encourage you do aswell. :)

Thanks for the input...probably gonna try this. I am a pro user...not sure why it doesn't show up in the discussions...

@william24 oh haha my bad sorry, well yes I think this is a good idea but maybe not so much levels for the free part? personally I would make 50 free and the rest paid for like 99c but thats my opinion.

I am going the IAP route as well. Players can turn off the ads for 0.99 and add lives for 0.99 ea with a max of 2. I am thinking of adding some other stuff and give a discount for the whole bundle.

Because it is my first game it is hard to decide which way to go but everything I have read here and elsewhere indicates a free game with IAP is the best way to go.
