Distribution Provisioning Profile still PENDING!!!!

I am creating the Distribution Provisioning Profile for my app to upload to the app store, but its in a state of PENDING and will not change!

I have created these before and normally you simply refresh the browser for it to update to a downloadable state, but this one will not change! I have deleted it and recreated it and it have been PENDING now for over 3 hours which I don't believe is right!

I have even accessed it via a fresh browser but it still PENDING!

Any advice, or has anyone else had this issue?

    try deleting history/cookies and all that stuff or using a different browser to access the provisioning site.

    I have logged into the Iphone developers forum and everyone is having this issue - so it looks like no one can create one until Apple fix the issue!
