I have a US account but don't worry about it if you're concerned, what are apples rules about codes?

It says that I cannot export the codes.

This Agreement is only for Custom Codes within the Territory. You may not export any Custom Codes obtained pursuant to this Agreement.

Maybe I'm not understanding it correctly.
