How to use ios tutorials on windows? and converting ios based saves to use in windows

I tried to download some tuts of gshelper (not sure if there is a problem mentioning that name, if there is please warn me instead of banning me) and when I tried to open it, even after messing with file names, I was unable to.
Is their any way to convert files made in ios to be used in the windows creator? I found most of the things I need to learn how to do but some of the key parts are missing if I cant get into those tuts.

Just wanted to add than when I try to load up the ios version of the file the response is "the file is newer than this version of creator".
The mac version is 0.10.3 while thw windows version is 0.10.0.
Is their an eta on when the updated version will come out or a way to move between the two because according to this:

There should be some compatibility.
Any insight would be really appreciated, I'm still trying to get the basics down on how to use this thing but if I cant get into the examples and tuts this is going to be much harder then it should be.
