How do I test my gamesalad pc app on my kindle fire . I heard something about android sdk but I have no clue how or what it does , please help thanks ( do I need the pro version)

If you plan to publish on Android you will need the Pro License.
There are helpful user videos on Android publishing if you search the forums.
Also, the cookbook has a tutorial.

You can send the unsigned APK to yourself via email or dropbox and install it on your Kindle.
