Problem with publishing an iPad project

Hi,
since last week I've big problem publishing my iPad-Project. After generating the App I get a few minutes later a message in the iPad settings:

There is something wrong with our servers. Contact us and reference publish request [ WITH SOME NUMBERS AND CHARACTERS ].
--------------
I've tried also to update the GS version (I used till last week 10.1, now 10.3) and also updated the new iOS SDK - without any changes.
Did anyone have the same problems?

The error occurs only when trying to publish on iPad. Also no problems with iOS Universal!
I just published two iPad (universal iOS) app updates to the app store last week... got approved and put in the app store on Tuesday night..
reupload the icon file you were using. make sure there were no spaces or special characters in the name, or in the name of any of the splash screen images you uploaded.
thats caused problems for me in the past

Strange...
The strange thing is that I tried building another iPad app and was successful.
What should I do now??
