How to import Adobe after effects into GameSalad - Laser Animation.

Hi, I'm working on my first app.

I need a laser animation which can be controlled by a 'power bar' so the user can control the length of the laser beam.

I'm pretty sure I can make the laser animation from Adobe After effects, but I'm unsure how to control the beam and import it into GameSalad.

Any help/ideas/other methods to do this?

Thanks, I really appreciate it :)

You won't be able to import the .AE movie. You need to break the animation down into individual frames, save them as .png files, and play the frames as an animation within Gamesalad, following the standard rules for images sizes etc.

@RexCarsalot Thanks I thought that but How would I control the power of the laser beam?

I don't understand your question. Try rephrasing it with an example. "Control the power of the laser beam" could mean a millions things, so, try narrowing that down to state exactly what you mean. Control it how?

I want a power bar on the side of the screen. To control the power of the laser beam means to be able to control the length of the laser beam. The laser beam will hit an actor, the distance of the actor will vary so I will need to control the distance/'power' of the laser beam
