Congrats on getting your first game together. I like the type styling of the game title. Unfortunately tho' your game is portrait, and the arcade is only landscape, so it's not easy to play (well, I couldn't play it at all).
Btw, I suggest you email GS (or DM @SaladStraightShooter) and ask them to amend your member name, because as you see, your name doesn't register properly when used with @. Maybe ask them to change it to @Connell_Apps or @ConnellApps.
I've just seen you made an identical thread earlier (although with a different title). Please don't duplicate threads in future, it clutters up the Forums, confuses answers and is bad Forum etiquette. I'll delete your first thread now.
Congrats on your first game. It took several goes to get all 10 in 5 seconds with my mouse but got them in the end
Do you plan to add more to it? Or are you going to start on your second?
Thanks for playing it and I'll probably make a second version of the game and add more to it, after playing it, what do you suggest I should add to it?
* Add a graphical timer, either a circle or a bar, as the number was quite hard to watch due to its size. Or just make the number bigger and in a place where it's easy to see. Maybe add some animation or sounds to add pressure when it's getting closer to zero. * Make them move around (changing speed based on level, so starting off slow on earlier levels) * Add things to avoid hitting. Bombs or civilians etc. * Add bonus items to hit i.e. freeze/slow down time or score multipliers. * Levels.

Thanks and I don't know, why it's in portrait? also I'm new to Gamesalad and I was just wondering, how often do the number of plays update for a new game?

Thanks for all the advice, that will all be being added to Alien Tapper 2, which I will start to work on now

Also how often do the number of plays on the game update as mine still says 0 plays?
The game of the month and the developer of the month has been the same since I started using GameSalad again many months back (I'd imagine even longer) so it looks like a part of the site that doesn't get any attention from GameSalad. Based on that, if it is broken, I'd say it's not something that would be fixed anytime soon.
I'm purely guessing that it's broken, it could have similar algorithms to YouTube where the counts stop incrementing until a certain number of views or time has passed, but I doubt it!

Thanks so much for all your support and help with my first game and hopefully if it is broken at some point, it will get fixed

@KevinCross Hi Kevin, how did you get the game to show in portrait?

Oh right, cheers. :-) I must learn more patience... I'll revisit then.
