Images Transparent for Some Reason

Blue block on the left is not suppose to be transparent. It's nothing big, but I decided to point it out. Never happened before.

    Ive had the transparency "stick" a couple times before

    I tried everything
    Eventually just had to delete actor.

    I think it has something to do with instance vs prototype getting mixed up
