install provisioning file and .app on itunes

i was told i could drag and drop to install provisioning profile and .app file with itunes on Windows.
but it doesn't allow me to do so. please see links:

Im using iphone 5 and itune 10.7. Windows 7
please pardon me. i have searched high and low for an answer but the only solution i got was to drag onto itunes which doesnt work for me;(
Any help would be appreciated

Heres one way.
Apple also has a windows program that will do it. I believe its called application assistant or something but I don't remember.
TestFlight seems only way plausible for me now.
