Photos not showing up!! Help!

I just bought the game salad program today and installed a game I have been working on and when I open up the app on my ipod it doesnt show any graphics at all. What happened? I checked in the app file and their all there!

    Where can I download the latest viewer? And also Im running 4.0 on my ipod I dont know if that has anything to do with it.

    Also check that your images are not more than 1024 in either dimension.
