Photo program

For weeks I have been scrambling to figure out how to make better graphics and worrying about spending a few hundred on photo shop, but then it hit me.

I remember a fellow I used to work with a few months back was into the whole lynix or lynux OS what ever it is ahah.

He was a huge fan of freeware and a light bulb came on in my head. I remember him using a photo program called Gimp that is free to download and is made to mirror photo shop. So I downloaded it a few hours ago and have been messing with it since and is a good replacement if you dont want to spend the money on photoshop

If this has not been posted before I thought I would just let you all know about Gimp if you are having some issues with a program for graphics

Pixelmator's my favorite. GIMP, while great for freeware, is way too clunky. I shouldn't have to use a runtime environment, nor should there be 7 separate windows that I have to each manually close.
