Hi
I'm currently working on game for the iPad (and later for other devices), I'm pretty far with the game core-logic but are now at a point where I need some help to do the graphics.

Its a personal project off mine working on the side line and there is no real deadline but owning and running a small VFX house takes alot of my time. I have over 15 years of doing 3d and vfx for movies and commercials and are very passionated about everything I do, usually I tend to care all aspects of my personal projects but this one needs some extra help - and I think with the right 2d artist we might be able to pull something cool off.

I have a pretty good idea of concept and look but I am very open to creative ideas. I have done some graphics for the game just so I can bare look at it while working on it but all in all I need a person with some nice 2d skills making it all the fancy happen.

Short about the project: It's a lane defender game (like Plants vs. Zombies) but set in a complete different setting. Yes you guessed it...in a world full of waste. The game is called (for now) "Waste-Land" subtitled "We don't wan't your crap".
You are actually defending you landfill from the city's invading hordes of crap.

The job is paid (by what we come to terms with) and all communication can run through mails and other high-tech cyber stuff.
It's essential that you have a good creative mind and can kick in with cool ideas I haven't thought of . Visual wise the graphics I'm looking for has to be consistent and can be artsy in a typically iPad game of way - whatever that means. Mostly the graphics has to work around the concept of crap:) just as an example: one of the defending actors could be an old bicycle with some electric motor powering the rear tire which is a saw blade..a nice way to cut up bags of crap..anyway the point is that to protect the landfill the devices and attrapments you use is somewhat connected to old junk.. but in a beautiful stylised way.

Just as a heads up for what Im looking for (to begin with):
A visual style
HUD graphic
Still frames of defending actors
Still frames of attacking actors
Backdrop
Ping pong (If you have some input for the game I will for sure be all ears)

Later on when the project and coding is in the later stages: actors animation (simple), hits, intro screen...

If anyone is interested and wants to hear more please do contact me at erkr (at) moose-studio.com and we can take it from there.

All the best from Copenhagen, Denmark
Ernst
