Is it also possible to make a movable 3D background in the game using GS?

    You can use the Accelerometer on the device if it has one. Not needed to use it myself but there's videos on YouTube for it.

    You could simulate a 3D room using a series of pictures with the accelerometer but gamesalad does not support 3D
