GameSalad won't open on Windows 7 32-bit

I'm running Windows 7 32-bit and just downloaded the newest version of GS (0.10.00 Beta) and installed all the prerequisite software and when I try to open it, my cursor rotates and nothing eventually happens. I restarted my computer and also tried running as administrator and still no luck.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Try redoing the install.
