Publish from denmark = only danish appstore?

Hi Gamesalad forum
I'm about to publish my Gamesalad games to Appstore. But I live in Denmark so when I publish it to appstore will it then only be on the Danish Appstore? And if this is the case will it then be possible to get it on the U.S nAppstore?

Any help would be very great
