When I finish testing with InApp, must there set some other setting in ITC?

Hi,
I've finished my game with InApp in the Sandbox and everything seems to be fine.
I've setup everything as TShirtBooth describes in those two videos.

When I now submit the game at Apple, must I change there some settings in iTunesConnect?
Same question for GameCenter. Must I change there or enable something?

Ok. Thanks a lot. Then I've done everything and see now, what happend to me at my last game. There I forget to enable Game Center in the Game Details and also didn't select the leaderboards. There apple tell me, to do this, and this cost me a few days...
Also I see, that I must edit the In-App Purchases and mark the one I want to use.
