Ads breaking my game?

Hey guys, I just finished updating my game Roll Dem Bones to be universal for both iPhone and iPad. It was working when I tested it and it's now approved on the app store. However, since I'm not a pro member, I have ads show up on the title screen and it seems to be breaking the game.
When the game loads, it goes to the title screen with the pop up ad on the bottom showing some app icons, the title screen animation doesn't work correctly and when I tap out of the ad and get to the game, the game doesn't work at all.
Has anyone else had this problem? I emailed Apple to see if they'll roll back the game to the last version and if not I'll upload my old build back, but this is incredibly strange, never had this problem before.

Your going to have to go in and fix it, to get it to work again. Didn't you build a ad hoc and test it before submitting to apple?
My game worked perfectly and still does on the iPad version when I play it. I updated it in January with Gamesalad and all was well. I'm sure that's because it used to use the playhaven ads.
But this iPhone/Universal version CRASHES when you leave the game and come back and just won't play the game correctly. It definitely has to do with this Gamesalad Network ad overlay thing because it pauses the game in some way and mucks up all the animations and such in the game.
I know I'm just a free user but any reply back on this is appreciated. Even if it's just helping me get my old version back up somehow? Thanks.
With the new version (10.3) it closed loop holes that allowed bad logic to seem like it was fine. Causing errors in some people's game, like yours not to run properly. I hope this makes more sense and gets you in the right direction.
The logic may be 'bad' in the current release but my game mechanics shouldn't be flat out broken. The main mechanic of the game was using a modified version of code that TshirtBooth had made in one of his tutorials so it couldn't have been that bad. =P
Regardless, thanks for being the only person who replied to me. Wouldn't have minded a reply from the Gamesalad peeps, considering I don't post here all that often. Ah well.
