Question about the ram on IOS

Hello.
I have a question, or a pb, i don't know :).
As i'm new, i try very simple projects for the moment, to know how works GS.
I created a unique scene, with some instances of 2 actors in tiles, each 64X64.
No code, no physic, nothing, just 2 repeated tiles.
When i try it on my ipad or my ipod, i have 60 fps, but more than 50 mb of ram usage.
I read in the forum that the engine is suppose to take around 10-12 mb.
Maybe i'm missing something, maybe there is a bug (?), or is it normal that a "simple" project already takes so much memory ?
