talking character

HI every one, I'm trying to test few animations in GameSalad because i want to create a talking character that reacts as I touch the screen on the character.
Can Anyone help me to set up the command, "when you touch that "actor" starts an "animation" PLEASE?

    rule - when touch is is pressed, - drag the animate behaviour in. Move your animate images into the animate 'box'.
