Maybe it's just my teacher background but I'm turned off by the app name, the many grammar mistakes in the app description, the statement "We have worked very hard on this app to deliver great content from our servers to your device!!" which implies that you are pulling data from servers (and why is an internet connection required?), the look of your website, etc.

I decided to try the demo you offer and the first thing I did was to calculate 5/7 + 2/7. The answer it gave me was 49/49, which is technically correct but not something you would teach someone learning fractions (5/7 + 2/7 = 7/7). The graphing calculator doesn't seem to work at all. The formulas section should have labels that explain what each formula is for.

I'm sorry to be so negative but I just don't see how this is something that would appeal to a student or teacher...yet. It has a lot of potential, clearly. The app contains a great deal of data but it's not quite ready for public consumption.
