"HELP" Unable to purchase anything from Marketplace

Hi,

I wish to purchase this item - http://marketplace.gamesalad.com/#query=explosion&product=4892

However every time I go through the process of entering my credit card details and hitting "Continue" a small progress loader spins for 1 sec then disappears and my credit card details disappear and i'm left with a empty form with no suggestion as to what the issue is.

I have tried 5 times now on separate days, using 3 different cards and all the same result... Please tell me what i'm doing, fix the bug or provide another method for me to purchase this item.

I am using a Mac 10.8.3 with Safari Version 6.0.3 (8536.28.10) and I have tried with Chrome Version 28.0.1469.0.

PS I have messaged both "Gamesalad Market Submission"s (got told I was in the wrong department and "Gamesalad billings" (No reply)

I had the same issue a month or so back and mentioned it but I don't think anything came of it.

Yeah it seems the credit card still isn't working but I managed to make the transaction work by using Paypal... Someone should really fix this
