Uploading to iTunes through XCode Organizer?

I am trying to launch my first app, and i got up to where my app is Waiting for Upload. The newest version of XCode that my computer can run is 4.2. I downloaded Application Loader, but i think it is an older version (2.8) and isn't working properly. It gives the error that my icon (0x0) does not fit the 57x57 they ask for. Although now they only ask for a 512x512 icon. I hear you can upload the app through the Organizer window in XCode 4.2, but I do not know how to do that with my Gamesalad game. If anybody can tell me how, or tell me where i can get the newest Application Loader (I downloaded 2.8 directly from iTunes Connect) i would greatly appreciate it.

2.8 I believe is the current version. Check out the link below for more information about uploading apps.

You upload your icon in iTunes connect. You only have to upload the app with loader and be sure to zip the file.
